- Rotten and/or damaged areas will be carefully removed and replaced with new PVC water resistant products; thus, alleviating future damage to the exterior trim.

- This trim adds an extra protection for your window sill preventing future damage.
- Over 200 different trim colors are offered to maximize your homes beauty.
- Future water damage is prevented.
- A better seal is provided between the new window and the existing window sill.
Step 5:It is now time to install your new top quality window to the existing healthy frame. We are happy to do this from the exterior of the home. Your new window is now set flush, plum, and square to the interior wooden stop. Advantages and what sets us apart from other window installers:
- You are not required to paint, caulk, or seal anything on the interior of your home.
- The interior dimensions of your window will not be changed, thus eliminating the purchase new mini blinds, shades, or curtains.

- Air transmission is alleviated.
- There is no longer window sweat between the window panes.
- Noise transmission from the exterior of home is lessened.

Step 7: Any locks, screens, night-latches, and all moving parts of your window are tested for proper use.

- Each coil portion is applied with the tightest seal possible so that voids are eliminated between the coil and the vinyl window frame.

- The caulk is non-visible from the exterior of your home.

- Your windows can now be washed with high pressure without worry.
- The new coil will not separate from your window.
