A. Do we have a warranty?

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish customers knew that they didn’t have to pay a fortune for a good product. Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I am the owner of Elite Window Solutions. I used to be a subcontractor for many of the big companies in Richmond years ago. I installed windows for several of them for many years. I didn’t like the way they treated their customers or their workers. I always went out of my way to make customers happy. I loved what I did and I was good at it so I decided to give it a try on my own. I started very small and have grown tremendously over the last 8 years making quite a reputable name for ourselves in the Richmond area.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Wow…there are too many to choose from! One job in particular was a siding and window job in Colonial Heights. We removed a large window and framed it our for a sliding glass door. Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am constantly studying new innovative ways to stay on top of our game. We do certifications as needed, such as lead certifications.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Yes! We are so excited to say that our windows are now locally made in Powhatan, VA which will allow for a much faster turn around time and a much better product. We are very excited and have been working on this for years! Having this available allows for completely customizable window options.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Typically our window jobs are completed in one day. Siding projects can take anywhere from 2-7 days depending on the size. Pricing varies upon job size and types of products.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. Our greatest strength is our customer service. We are a family run business and we are very organized. Because of this, we are able to provide each customer with personable service. You aren’t just another customer. You are important to us whether you have purchased one window or seventy. You will always hear a happy voice on the phone. We are prompt with scheduling.
